El año 2017, el CREAS cumple 10 años, constituido sobre la base de dos grandes proyectos, de 5 años de duraciĂłn cada uno: Proyecto de iniciaciĂłn, con el cual logramos la creaciĂłn de un Centro Regional con personalidad jurĂdica propia, metas claras y gobernanza definida y el Proyecto de continuidad, con el cual el CREAS se posiciona como una InstituciĂłn dedicada a la investigaciĂłn, la innovaciĂłn y la transferencia tecnolĂłgica de alimentos mĂĄs saludables. Con orgullo mencionamos que el
